The Equipment Cabinets, Shelves and Soundproofing.

July 7th, 2013 - LPs and Tape Shelves and lower cabnet work begun

Sept 2nd, 2012 - Rear Shelf and Equipment installed

June 5th, 2011 - Colonial Mayple Stain finish

May 15th, 2011 - The Back Shelves are taking shape.

May 8th, 2011 -  The Show is back live and the equipment racks done and in use!

April 30th, 2011 -  The equipment cabnets are builft and stained.

The A/C soundproofed cabnet is done.... just awaiting stain.

April 22nd, 2011 - The Cabnets are measured and cut and ready for assembly and staining/finishing.

Also the work has begun on soundproof cabnet around the AC unit.

The West Side Finished!

April 15th, 2011 - Now that the West Side is finished, on to the East Side to
pull off the equipemt for the last time and build shelves and cabnets on the desk.
Here is a pick of the finished West Side.

The Equipment Desk

Dec 19th, 2010 Some more equipment is placed to help me design the shelving units.

Oct 17th, 2010 The equipment and furniture has begun to be moved it, but, there is more to do on the wall across from the equipment desk. The goal now is to begin building the structures to hold the equipment and installing it. All without messing up the room!

Sept 26th, 2010 Walls painted and the desk top is built, sanded and stained. Polyurethene is next.

Sept 12th, 2010 Almost finished the equipment desk structure. Next is the desk top and then the equipment!

Drywalling

Sept 12th, 2010 The Drywall is done, and one more coat of mus on tha back way and bingo.

Sept 4th, 2010 Drywall continues and and first coats of "mud" applied

Aug 28th, 2010: Thr Drywall has begun

Wiring

Aug 22nd, 2010: My brother was here and worked on the wiring:

More Walls/Ceiling and Some Cables

Aug 16th, 2010: More wall/ceiling work and installed PVC pipe for Internet,
Phone, Audio and Video cables

Aug 8th, 2010: Building walls/ceilings in preparation for electricity and drywall.

this has been the studio in use from Sept 09 thru July 10

Studio Upgrades and Repairs Status

July 31st, 2010: Repairs to the Studio Computer complete, named "Inv-Sol"
for my Invincible Solutions business name from years ago. though it took many
hours to troubleshoot, here are the results. Click on the pic for Higher-Resolution:

The Mac Mini Computer

I completed work on my Mac Mini, replacing a failing external hard drive,
configuring the hardware, and attempting an upgrade to Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6)
operating system. I had to revert back to the version I was using, Tiger (OS X 10.4)
as much of my software, which I bought on eBay (Adobe. Macromedia, etc) was not
supported, being too old, and are way to expensive to update. (And there really is not
a need, seeing as I my needs are well met by the versions I do have).

I was able to use one of my DVD-RW's by adding it to an external case, so it is
portable and functional for use on both my MAC and PCs.

The Broadcast Computer

There was nothing needed to be done on the Broadcast Computer, but do a routine backup
and a good internal cleaning.
