Joseph P Skipper -Mars Anomaly Researcher

A person of wide ranging interests, he has always followed space exploration since a boy and lived through America's space exploration efforts from its beginnings but normally viewing it from the sidelines essentially believing what was being told like everyone else.

However, when earlier Mars probes started being reported as being failures and lost, he says he had suspicions about that. Then when the late 1990s MGS MOC data appeared in danger of not being publicly released and upon learning that one of the nation's most famous super spooks was involved and in control, J.
