Marty Sheedy -Motivational Speaker

Project Scissor Gait Foundation

Marty "scissor legs" Sheedy is in many ways your normal average 21 year old.  However one thing that does set him apart is the way he walks.  Having two dislocated hips as part of Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita, Marty had difficulty walking normally.  When he was very young he learned his own way of walking despite some doctors wanting him to do it the "right" way.  By crossing his legs over each other and shifting his weight in this position he is able to keep his balance much easier and therefore walk farther and longer.  Now that Marty is older he aims to raise awareness about the way he walks.  He figures that if it benefits him, why couldn't it benefit someone else?  Thus Project Scissor Gait Foundation was born.  Holding bowling fundraisers, visiting various conventions, talking to future medical professionals and being a Shriner, Marty aims to educate various individuals and organizations about his nonprofit organization as well as raise awareness for Arthrogryposis and Prune Belly Syndrome.

Sonia Barrett’s work is an embrace of science and spirituality as one in the same. She is the Host of Sovereign Mind Radio program, www.sovereignmindradio.com, which airs on Inner Light /Radio and BBS Radio, she is also the founder and publisher of New Corporate Body Magazine, www.newcorporatebody.com  and author of  The Holographic Canvas, The Fusing of Mind and Matter she has written many articles exploring time travel, immortality, ascension and the science of past lives. She has been interviewed on a number of radio programs.  Sonia currently presents workshop or what she has termed “Memory Lectures”. The principle of these Memory Lectures is to reawaken the memory of those attending. As noted on the back of her book “the answers are all tied into the forgotten past and like the single cell of a plant our history is encoded in our cell, DNA and the air we breathe”. Sonia presents concepts and ideas that stimulate thought and revives empowerment. Her objective overall is to present clarity, insight and definition to a word now commonly used; the “matrix”. She aims to write and present material which cut right to the heart of the matter, presenting a realization that we have lived our lives as programmed beings, from birth to death, at least for many. She boldly questions the concept of death; exploring the original design of the body supported by an elevation in consciousness.

Sam Maranto -President Illinois MUFON

Sam Maranto is the State Director for Illinois MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) and a certified Field Investigator. He's also the State Representative for the Disclosure Project. Sam has been involved in two major mass sighting investigations (Tinley Park and Rockford) as well as numerous other investigations throughout a period of over 10 years. His research into the UFO phenomenon started in 1964. He is also a UFO witness and had his first sighting in 1959. The latest sighting was in May, 2003 in Orland Park. Sam has been an Independent Insurance Broker for 25 years.

As an aside, Sam and James were in a Rock band in the late 70's (Ladessa Shea') recording several original songs and Sam was one of the first guests on Feet to the Fire in 2003.
