Andy is a Certified Hypnotherapist, an Emotional Ecologist, and an Advanced Practitioner of EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of Acupressure which has been shown to be very effective in clearing out emotional “static”.

One of the tenets of EFT states that: “All negative emotion is actually static in the body’s meridian system. The “energy” meridian system that the Chinese have understood for literally thousands of years is waiting for you to tap into it for improved health and well being.

One of the most exciting developments out of the ongoing use of EFT is the understanding that many physical ailments tend to have more of an emotional or psychological charge underlining the symptoms. When EFT is applied correctly, astounding results occur at an equally astounding rate.
