The standard Broadcast Radio/Satellite Syndication structure of radio takes a large, up- front investment to implement. However, as more and more people listen, the cost "goes down" due to the rising of revenue from advertisement. The more listeners, the more valuable the commercial time.

However, on the Internet side of things, the opposite is true. While it still takes considerable investment in studio equipment, and the talent to create a professional radio show, it takes a very small investment to create an Internet "Broadcast". The big differences comes when the Internet listenership grows. The cost "goes up" with each listener!

In Broadcast Radio, one signal that goes out, and unlimited numbers can "tune in". On the Internet, one individual "signal" is sent to each listener. Each new listener requires a new broadcast "stream" to be created and routed directly to that person, personally.

Another cost factor to compound the above is the "Quality" of the stream. On broadcast radio, the quality is the all the same, and your personal quality is based on what you are listening with. Little portable sounds.. little.. and a big home stereo sounds.. well.. big! ;)

On the Internet side of broadcasting, The higher the quality, (I.E. the nicer the sound) the more it costs PER stream.

No matter how big the Broadcast Radio side of F2F gets, the Internet side is very important to me. I am committed to quality sound, as my first and deepest technical passion is quality of sound. So, to provide good sound, and keep the costs lower and to allow those who cannot get F2F on their broadcast radio, I have teamed up with Internet Broadcast Affiliates.

The parent network, IPS MediaWorks, has went to great pains to provide high-quality, legally tagged (for liscense bureaus) network streams to these affiliates, and are looking to attact many more!

These are folks who have spent there own time, talent and money to crate On-Line Radio stations with quality sound and quality programming in their own right. They will carry the complete F2F broadcast on their stations, thus, lightening the load of cost of my network, and opening more "slots" for more listeners, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST TO THE LISTENERS.

Why do they do this? Well, their passion for fine radio programming for one. They realize the mission of F2F.. to Find Truth via the path of Non-Contradiction. Also, they can control the costs associated with their finite block of Broadcast Streams via advertisement and donations from listeners.

The Bottom Line:

I ask, with great emphasis that those internet listeners LISTEN VIA THESE AFFILIATES! These affiliates and others as they are added will be the BACKBONE of the Internet Streaming portion of F2F. As the listenership goes up each week, these affiliates will be the ONLY way to keep online with a clear, quality broadcast without mandatory subscriptions like all the rest already do.

Sorry for this verbose newsletter, but, this is VERY important as we "rewrite" the rules of broadcasting to keep F2F alive and streaming to all points on the globe with High Quality signals, with as low as cost to you, the listener.
